Thank you for shopping with Rated Comics! We work hard to provide quality products, secure packaging, and great service. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.
1. Return Period
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on comic book purchases unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can open a shipping claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Reporting Issues / Eligibility
Any issues with your order must be reported within 5 days of receiving your package.
To process a damage claim, please provide:
Photos of the shipping box
Photos of the damaged item
Your order number
Claims submitted after the 5-day window may not be eligible.
3. Condition & Grading Disclaimer
While Rated Comics takes great care in packaging and handling, we do not guarantee 9.8 condition on raw comics.
Comic grading is subjective, and minor imperfections may occur. Grading opinions may vary between buyers and third-party grading companies, and Rated Comics cannot guarantee the grade a third-party service may assign.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return:
Comics without shipping damage
Buyer’s remorse
Minor cosmetic flaws
Subjective grade disagreements
